Even Better Facilities at Les Arcs:

There is a little surprise for all guests this season at our beautiful rustic Lodge at Villaroger - Les Arcs. We have installed a great work out room with fantastic views across the valley and the mountains beyond. It even has a built in coffee stop. The perfect way to loosen up before hitting the slopes or winding down after returning.

Skiing in Paradise:

Our chalets in Les Arcs and La Plagne will at last be linked when the new Paradiski Cable Car opening in December 2003. All our guests can now enjoy the superb skiing that both resorts offer in a vast new domain that has two glaciers, covers nearly 500 sq kms and has nearly 150 chair lifts, drags, cable cars and gondolas. A true ski Paradise.

Transport from Geneva airport:

AltiBus provides scheduled coach services from Geneva Airport to Bourg St Maurice, a return ticket costs 82,50 euros. The coach company has a web site at www.altibus.com (tel. France 0820 320 368) where you can consult the timetable and make bookings. We are happy to collect you from Bourg at no extra charge.

Self Catering Appartment in Villaroger:

Due to heavy demand for accomodation in Villaroger we have added some new accomodation. Appartment for 6/8 people from 500euros per week. The accomodation comprises 3 bedrooms, a salon, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. 50 metres from the chair lift and with magnificent views. Mountain restaurant lunches are included in the deal.

Have you noticed how unbearably crowded and over built the premier high altitude ski resorts such as Val D'Isere and Les Trois Vallees are becoming? We did! That's why we're not adding to the crush there. Chez Jay offers really beautiful catered ski chalets in two locations;
Montchavin, one of 11 beautiful villages that make up the vast high altitude ski domain of La Plagne in the French Alps, and Le Pre de Villaroger, one of the unspoilt gems of the huge Les Arcs domain.

Ski ability:
Each person caring for you will be a well experienced skier to an advanced recreational level at the very least. Many compete in local ski events and one is even an Olympic ski team member.

Competition Skiing:
Chez Jay also accommodates the British coached Royal Nepal Ski Team at its training base in Villaroger.

You name it and we can do it. From organising your ski lift passes and skis to looking after you on the slopes. If you want a hot water bottle or an extra bite to eat - it's there for the asking.

Affordable Prices:
Yep, you can find cheaper ski chalet holidays with Inghams or Thompsons - but we really don't recommend them if you want that special homely atmosphere that only a privately run ski chalet can offer.
