Subject: Bills of the Training

Dear Shyam:

We have already given instruction to our bank to transfer the USD 3,000.00 in our account. We therefore request you to send the all the expenses bill of the training at the earliest. Once we get the bills and send to IOC then they will release the amount for the next three months.
