Thank you for your mail dated 16 July 2009. I confirm receipt of 3000 Dollars.

Please confirm the period of my scholarship, the total monthly allowance covered by it and any deviations from the contract I signed and sent to you in January.

I also request details of my air fare grant and how such monies can be paid to me.

Without such details it is difficult for me to plan any training ahead.
