Dear Shyam:
As i have already told you that the IOC/OS has not approved your
scholarship program from November2008. It has been approved from
March 2009, thus we have sent you the amount of first two month
once we get the bills of your training period of March -June after
that we will release you the amount of next two months i.e. amount
of May & June.
We don't have any problem to send the copies of the whole contract
paper. As per your request we have sent before the copy of main
paper only in which three parties have signed. Rest copy of
the contract papers have been attached here.
One thing if you are unable to take our call then please do
mail us by own not by others.We know that the email which you
have sent to us till date were not written by you. However for
the sake of our nation pride and our athelets support we are
entertaining those e-mail too.
