Unfortunately I am unable to sign that I have received the full funding for the period until you actually send it to me. As you know the ski season is concentrated in the first two months and 10 days of the period and all the funding for the period was properly spent at that time. So far you have only sent me half the funding for the period and therefore I am unable to complete and sign page 1 of the Financial statement.
When you send me the outstanding US $3,000 for the period, I shall be able to pay the invoice, provide the appropriate receipt and complete the form in accordance with the regulations.
