Thank you for your email of 3 November 2009.
We have taken note of your comments and regret this situation.
In order to understand it better can you please confirm the following:
- Did you receive the US$ 6’000.- corresponding to the period
March – June 2009?
When and how much exactly?
- Did you submit a technical report and financial statement to
the NOC for this period? (using the attached form)
- If yes, when and did you sign it yourself?
- Did you receive any other funding from the NOC?
- Did you have correspondences with the NOC since the first payment
you received?
You may know that another athlete has been awarded a scholarship,
Mr. Sherpa Dachiri (Cross-Country). Do you know him and have you
had any contact with him?
The issue between the National Federation and the coaches is not
under our responsibility so there is nothing we can do about it
but we want to make sure that the scholarship is properly used.
Can you also provide us with a phone number where we can join
you if needed.
